Ron Tonkin was excellent. I really enjoyed dealing with them. I was flying in from out of town and they really a. accommodated my dad gut schedule.

Listed vehicle for $40k. When I inquired, they said it was $53k. Don't take the bait!

Was sold, they didn't tell me, then had me drive 1.5 hour each way to look at a car not remotely the same as what I was after. Wade was fantastic, I'd buy a car from him; anywhere but here as long as the finance guy that was there the day I was, from the minute he called Wade and asked what was taking so long during my test drive, him getting my trade info. Finance guy came around the corner flung the deal sheet onto the table and said that's the best we can do, after he walks away; upon further examination they snuck in 5k worth of extras into the deal and wouldn't remove them. He was clearly trying to take advantage of someone with a large payment and put them into a bag situation. If i would've been discussed pricing before; I would've saved the 3 hours.

I tried to buy it, but they insisted I be there in person. I’d planned to e-purchase, or overnight the documents to sign and have the car shipped to me, but they said no. I’ve never had a car dealer say “no” when offered their asking price.

Truck was ready when we arrived and the staff was knowledgeable and polite

The price agreed to in text messaging was not honored. A new proposal (with a different price than what was discussed) was sent from a different phone number that went to Spam AFTER I was already halfway to the dealership with the understanding that there was a verbal documented agreement by text. The new proposal price was NOT what was agreed to in text messaging conversation. This was discovered AFTER driving there, my cost of gas to drive an hour, the cost of taking a half day off of work, after the test drive, and not until it was time to put down the previously agreed upon down-payment. As a single parent, single income household, this set me back financially. There was zero apologies made. This was the least honest interaction I have ever had with a business and I will NEVER return to this dealership. I will also strongly discourage anyone in my large professional network to avoid this dealership.
