Spent $20k at this dealership for a used car purchase. Of course, everything went smoothly until I wrote and gave them a check. They gave me the key and I asked if there was another key and there wasn’t. And no it wasn’t communicated to me before I purchased. Dales rep said just go to Chevy dealership and spend $350 for a key replacement. Car also did not have books, no owners manual, no nothing. Sake rep text me a manual document which has 350 pages. Told them really don’t want to print and put 350 pages in the glove compartment. Do they offer to get me one? No! Told me to go on Chevy website and order one. Honestly, I don’t feel like I’m was asking them to move mountains, but the lack of appreciation and caring for a customer who just dropped $20k was quite disappointing. Will never use this dealership nor would I ever recommend this dealership. Buyer beware.

I really don’t like my time being wasted. Apparently I didn’t qualify for a $9000 vehicle with $2000 because it was “too old” so they kept trying to get me into a more expensive car which made no sense at all. I knew it was a wrap when I got passed from one salesperson to another. The car THEY had me test drive wasn’t even the car I was there for. Also I was told I’d be called at a certain time and I kept getting stalled. After coming there and going home (2 hours away) &waiting hours the next day I called and asked them to send me my check stubs and credit report that they said were mine to have via email because it took me hours to print out and I could just take them to another car lot then they told me it’ll take some time. Fast forward, they never sent the credit report and only sent half of my check stubs back. Anyway I went somewhere else and got a 2019 Buick Lacrosse with about the same mileage as the 2008 Avalon I went to Gerald for. 10 years newer with a lower down payment.

My salesman was super transparent. Just tried to upsell me on a car jack system for like $1700. I told no it was no problem. I took it right off overall great service sales and finance would recommend going to see them for a Nissan.

I saw from a website this vehicle was available. I was highly interested in the vehicle so I went ahead and made a progressive step by submitting an application. I called them a day before I showed up in person. I was told by a finance person that I had gotten an approval. I mentioned that vehicle and they told me I would be able to put zero down explaining my entire situation upon arriving to the dealership, the vehicle was there as the man stated the day before. I test drove the car and I loved the car and was very interested. I said at the sales person’s desk and waited, feeling excited about actually finding something I liked that was newer with a cheaper price and low miles just to be swindled into another deal with an older car more miles and more expensive I was told there was a woman driving from six hours away, who already finalized on the car which wasn’t fair because I was told the vehicle was available and they even allowed me to drive it around.
