Dealership posted photo to represent the vehicle which was not the actual vehicle. Not even the same color. Actual vehicle that we viewed was completely trashed. In emailing with the dealership was told that this was a placeholder picture. Unfortunately, the dealership didn't even go to the task of writing across the photo that it was a placeholder. For all intensive purposes, it was portrayed as the actual vehicle.

Very bad experience they gave me an appointment at 6 and another person arrived at 5:59 and they showed him the truck first and he bought it and I was there waiting for 2 hours

The listing for the vehicle claimed it had no accidents, but when we saw it, it had extensive damage. We wasted gas driving to that location for nothing.

Didn’t like the overall experience at this dealership I guess that thought was hard up for a vehicle and the price of the car went up from 20,951 to 28,888 without explanation. I been to several dealerships and no that dealership fees and taxes do not equal up to over 8000 dollars

Very great staff and handled things quickly they are very polite and had the patience to help with my 82 year old grandma who’s mostly blind as she was financing a car staff is 5 out of 5 Matt was a pleasure to work with and described every thing in detail to my grandmother so she could understand I would definitely do business with this lot again they also never once tried to push towards a sale like a lot of lots do if your looking for a car this is great place to come and check out

Dishonest practices. The car I was intrested in was presented as Nissan Murano Platinum 2025, however the pictures of the inside of the car weren't matching. They were from older model of Murano.

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.
