Jakub and Alex were a great help. Answered every question i asked. In and out in 2 hours with a new car.

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly. The dealership is state of the art, nice and organized. Tre Dixon was friendly and very knowledgeable. His communication was clear and was able to answer all my questions.

The listing for the vehicle claimed it had no accidents, but when we saw it, it had extensive damage. We wasted gas driving to that location for nothing.

Communication was spotty. Sales people don’t know anything about Chevy (as expected, it’s Kia dealership). Price is dropping like a stone online but they are not flexible on the price or fees in person. Sales manager threw us out in the middle of negotiating. Terrible waste of time.

When we arrive, the salesman, Matt was in parking lot , he was smoking and started speaking while smoking. I felt that is unprofessional.At the end he was very pushy. Then the dealer started sending emails and text . Matt called. That was way too much follow up. After reading this survey, please do not call me.

3:45 pm they called me to confirmed the appointment at 5pm. Upon arrival they told us that the car is not available coz its in the shop for repair. We travelled for 22 miles just for nothing. Should have told us when they called earlier that afternoon so we can rescheduled the visit.

What started as a search for a used car, turned to buy a new car. I worked with Jeff he called and went through the numbers and gave me sound advice. The staff was friendly and patient with me while I went through the decision process. It worked out better than expected- thank you Team

Great experience! Staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions. They also filled the gas tank as well which was amazing. Was able to test drive the car, buy it and take it home that day.

I like them and looking forward to purchasing a vehicle from them they really didn’t waist my time

I was not made aware until after I arrived this morning that the vehicle I was there to see had already been sold, after being assured by their team over the phone that I would be notified if it was no longer available so I would not waste a 2 hour trip down. On top of that I received a text 5 minutes before my arrival telling me they were all set for my visit this morning. They were obviously not all set. Sent to their Customer Care manager. Hopefully he can assist not having this happen to another customer.
