Very helpful but did not have what I was looking for there.

Awesome experience with Austin at Serra Chevrolet. Did exactly what they said they would do. After two failed attempts at other dealersips where both did not want to take financing from our bank, Serra took great care of us.

Cleveland was more than happy to send me extra photos and videos of the ride I was interested in. The process of buying and having the car shipped to me was so easy. I would definitely do it again!

I told them what I wanted they took my information called me back with some numbers I told them where I needed to be at they said if I can get it done today would I buy the truck I said yes they called me back 20 minutes later I was signing paperwork I was only there about hour and half was the fastest I’ve ever bought a car at car lot they are great work fast not to waste your time everyone was nice helpful in getting it done would definitely buy from them again

Dealership communicated quickly and was very helpful through the whole process of me purchasing the vehicle from them even though I lived out of state. Once I arrived at the dealership every employee there was very friendly. Highly recommend it his dealership!

I reached out about a vehicle they had listed at a very strong price, and my experience with the salesman was excellent. Communication was quick, professional, and he even sent me a personalized walk‑around video of the truck right after I inquired. Because I’m several hours away, they were willing to set up a sight‑unseen trade appraisal to make the process easier. We had everything lined up, but due to my schedule I couldn’t make the trip until the weekend. Unfortunately, the truck sold before I could get there. Even though the deal didn’t work out, they handled everything the right way on their end. If timing had lined up, I would have been happy to buy from them.
