Nice people, but salespeople originally told me there was no negotiating on the price, which is the same reason why I didn’t buy my first Bronco from them. The sales manager however did say he would be a bit negotiable but no one contacted me about what the out the door price would be. I did a thorough search. They were a few thousand more than others for similar vehicles.

As soon as I arrived at Mahwah Ford, the vehicle with which I specifically came to discuss was parked right in front. Little things get noticed. After that, it was pretty easy day. No pressure, no BS. That's always refreshing. All involved in my deal...my saleswoman, manager, and finance manager were pros and clearly worked hard to make me their customer. They know their stuff. The trade in process was seamless and fair, as was the overall negotiation....quick, easy, and stress free. The deal was a win/win, I had a satisfying ride home in my new Edge, and no next morning regrets. It was a good day. When the need arises in the future Mahwah Ford will get first shot.
