Wonderful experience! We dealt with Robert Kulinski and Anthony Acampora. Both were terrific. Our first contact was with Anthony after we inquired about a used vehicle on the lot. He called within 12 hours. We explained the rather complex logistical issues we were dealing with in the potential purchase of the vehicle, and the multistate requirements and time limitations under which we were operating. Anthony, without hesitation, stated that he and Robert would work with us to satisfy our needs. When we arrived at the dealership, Robert was waiting for us and made us feel immediately welcome after a long trip to get there. We went over the vehicle and my wife and I both test drove it. After deciding to proceed, he and Anthony made the purchase very easy, as much as that can be the case! And they were as good as their word in ensuring that the needs we had with respect to the timing of the actual acquisition were met. I would recommend Terryville Chevrolet without reservation.

They are very responsive, professional and transparent about their process. If I wasn’t 3 hrs away, they would be my go to dealership for everything . They are absolutely worth checking out. You won’t regret it.

Vehicle was in good shape. Walked out when the price on CarGurus was $13,888 yet after exorbitant fees, some of which were “for a third brake light as ‘DMV has been on them” (3rd brake lights were mandated in 1986 for cars and 1994 for light trucks and vans) and other additional things they quoted me $19,200 for CASH buy. Taxes would be about $900 with title and registration another ~$210. About 1100. They tried to charge extra $4200 in fees and “add ons” to vehicle. Complete scam

Other than the fact that less than an hour earlier I was told the car was there and all cleaned and ready to go, and would be right up front ready to test drive. I arrived and was told to wait in a disgusting little room for the sales manager who 15 minutes later and walked to the entrance and proceeded to inform me "that the car had been had been sold early that morning" I spent 40 years in the auto sales industry 35 of it as sales mgr., F&I mgr. and 10 as GSM and I told him that "I don't and won't ever work with a dealer who practices "Bait and Switch". I proceeded to tell him to lose my number and never contact me again. My son got up and left immediately and ignored his attempts to justify it and blamed the BDC for the mistake which again tells me and standard operating protocol for them. I was suggest you reevaluate your decision to work with them, it seriously effects YOUR brand. I am also considering posting this review on your site.

Richard was transparent and helpful. Although I did not purchase the vehicle, still worthy of the trip to the dealership.

I reached out via email and was contacted right away during business hours. Staff is welcoming and helpful, not pushy. Answered all my questions. They gave me a better rate than I expected. Would purchase from them again. Excellent service!
