Chris and Liz were wonderful (sales and financing). In spite of a total blizzard, my car was presented clean and like-new. Chris offered enough data so I could comparison shop and was really direct about the pricing and the terms. I drove 45 minutes out of my way to shop there and I'd do it again.

LoJack is included on ALL pre-owned vehicles at this dealership-- at an additional, non=negotiable $1000 mark-up to be added to the purchase price of your vehicle. When I protested and said I didn't want or need LoJack, "Read the fine print" the salesperson told me. Dirty, dirty, dirty! If they are going to automatically add LoJack, this information should be easily discoverable up front, along with the benefits of LoJack as well as disclosure of its additional cost to the buyer.

This was a very pleasant experience with Koons White Marsh Chevrolet. They responded in a timely manner and where there with me step by step throughout the process of my purchase. When other places decided to give me the runaround, they were direct and forthright with me. My salesperson, Mac, was very friendly and welcoming. The finance manager, Jason, was great as well. Taking me through every step of the process and making it seem like less of a chore. I am definitely recommending them to my friends and family who are looking to purchase a vehicle in the future.

I had to drive 6 hours to pick up my vehicle. My salesman Nate Burgess, accommodated my day early arrival and had me out the door in 45 minutes!

Experience was enlightening

lied about what was done to the truck to get it road-ready; the truck was destroyed; they bought it at auction, rebuilt it, and said only minor cosmetic damage to the truck; all I was told were replaced were fender, hood, and headlights were replaced. While I was waiting to get approved i was going through the Carfax of the vehicle, to find pictures of the truck as it sat on the auction i asked the seller why he was not upfront and honest about the truck and he did not have many words the engine bay went under a lot of motor work the transmission and engine were pushed back the frame was damaged due to the accident it was in, overall the truck was in very good shape for what happened to it. But the dishonesty and ignorance were unforgivable. I hope that in the future, the worry about quality business over their own ego.

On September 4, 2025 My husband and I bought our 2018 Kia Soul from Elite Motors of Joppa. They made our car buying experience a truly memorable experience. From Rashid to Chris to Mitchell, excellent customer service was their top priority. They treated us with respect and dignity. The car we purchased was in great condition and exactly what I wanted. There was no hassle or hidden agenda-they were with us every step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great local car dealership! They are a 10/10!
