Carmelo Caban, a.k.a The Bow Tie Guy was awesome to work with! He had everything lined up when we got there. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain the car’s different features to us. He went through the carfax history with us & he thoroughly answered my questions about extended warranties vs certified pre owned. Very professional Audi Brand Specialist and he had a great sense of humor. For anyone thinking of getting an Audi, I’d highly recommend going to see Carmelo at Jack Daniel’s Audi! Yes, I did purchase the Audi!

Allen Mercedes (ironic name at Audi) was very helpful and attentive. He gets an A+. Hamad, the finance manager successfully sold me on a few add-ons that I don't normally purchase, but hey, it was my decision and not high pressure. All good all around. The car was ready and clean. It did take a bit longer to go through the paperwork than I had expected.

I purchased the pre-owned Audi Q5 with 8,430 mi. The dealership was helpful with some good experience on Audi's. The price was fairly deal for what I paid. Also the vehicle fuel tank was nearly emptied at the time of the delivery and they filled after I told them before driving off the lot. The difficult part is working with the finance members at Audi dealership as they kind of forcing me to have "add on" Audi warranty protection programs which made me pay more. As we all know they love to add on the "extended warranties" programs so they can get extra commission $$$. You could still save more with 3rd parties and don't have to start right away since the vehicle is still under warranty for 3 years or 50,000 mi. You have to be fully prepared for price /deal negotiation and once the deal is moving forward as you head toward with finance just tell them the extended warranty program is not necessary.

Hoping to complete purchase of a car. My experience thus far has been very favorable. Fingers crossed that it will continue that way.

I have made an appointment prior to my arrival with Audi Of coins to see a 2022 Audi sq5 I informed them that I'm coming from New Jersey. They said no problem. The car will be ready for a test drive. when I got to the dealership, they informed me that the car was just sold, which I have no problem with but no one reached out. No one gave me a call. No one informed me that. Hey unfortunately, the car was sold very very unprofessional the person who I made an appointment with wasn't even at the dealership at the time. It's just an overall bad experience.
