I work with Alex. I had an amazing experience with him. It didn't not feel like he was trying to sell me a car but, a friend helping me find the vehicle I was looking for. Jack Daniels Kia in Paramus advertised a 2025 Kia Carnival with 4165 miles for $38,630 and their sales associate assured me several times before I drove an hour to meet him at the dealership that the car was available. When we got to the dealership to look at the car--and buy it--we had to wait almost an hour for the sales associate to return from an errand. Again, when we met him there, he reassured us THREE TIMES that the car was ready and waiting to be inspected, but then he left us sitting at his desk multiple times for about 1/2 hour before he finally returned to tell us that he had good news and bad news. The bad news was that (guess what) the car actually WASN'T available for purchase (someone had failed to make a note of that on the computer screen he kept wanting to show me) , but no worries, they did have another one--2 years older and with over 20,000 miles. It was a CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH,.
