Overview
The Mercedes-Benz E550 Coupe was offered between the 2010 and 2017 model years, based on the W204 C-Class sedan chassis. Unlike the cars that came before or after, this generation never had an AMG offering, so the E550 Coupe was the top-of-the-line for the E-Class. For the first couple of years of production, the E550 Coupe was powered by the M273 5.5-liter V8, which delivered 387 hp, before it bowed out in favor of the twin-turbocharged M278 4.7-liter V8, which increased horsepower to 402hp and torque to 443 lb-ft. These cars were all equipped with the seven-speed 7G-TRONIC automatic transmission and rear-wheel drive (RWD).

Great car for the price and when in sport mode can definitely feel the improvement in performance. Pretty reliable mechanically and just an all around great car. Plenty of room for the family and large trunk capacity. Normal gas mileage for a sedan.
