I spoke with them about the vehicle, made an appointment. When I showed up I called and told my contact that I had arrived. They then told me the vehicle was being serviced, and none one came to help me . So after about 45 minutes of waiting I left. They pulled the old bait and switch. I made the appointment three days in advance .

Set an appointment to test drive this truck, when I arrived they said it had sold earlier that day, ya right. No call or email to tell me prior to my arrival , I wouldn’t have gone in.

Purchased this vehicle. Cumbersome process even with pre-qualifying. There were add-ons that were not included in the listing. Overall, experience was nominal but was like pulling teeth and if I didn't pursue after the sale closing, we would still be waiting to close. Beautiful car. Value to be determined once this car is driven the first year out.

these guys suck they couldn’t give me any definite information about the vehicle. the vehicle was involved in an accident and they couldn’t give any details on it. I live in Las Vegas and I was not going to have a car sent from Hemet California to Las Vegas Nevada without some type of certification saying that this vehicle passed all inspections and was free of any damages. and then he tried to go to me by saying someone else was taking the car for a test drive so I basically hung up on him

The pictures presented are not representative of the vehicle. Lots more damage that are not visible in photos. There was considerable engine damage which wasn't mentioned in the ad listing nor by the dealer, I had to bring it to his attention. Also, it's a grassy overgrown lot that's super packed, which is kind of suspect for rodents and snakes.

I live 2 hours from dealer. I called and asked for more pictures of truck. Never received pics and kept getting sent to voicemail after that. I drove to dealership to see truck. It was completely rusted out and not even close to what was advertised. This dealership is a joke and they'll waste your time. Just my opinion.
