Lots of auto emails made to seem like a personal note. Salesman was rude when he bothered to actually message back.

Salespeople did not contact me until I reminded. Price on site was inflated by $1300 with “extras” beyond taxes, fees and licensing. Could not not itemize, verify nor document “extras”. I did not buy the car even though I had arranged shipping and payment. Too much dishonesty

Awful! Never heard back from the Pre-Owned Sales manager Ernesto after I left him numerous voicemails. Not stated in the ad are $3k in fees if you are not there to sign in person. When I asked the receptionist about delivery, she said it's the buyers responsibility. I mentioned the price cargurus has the delivery fee for on the ad for the car and she said that was wrong. It was going to be almost double that.

Car was not there, and they kept giving excuses when I could come and inspect the car.

Had two expensive cars listed with amazingly low pricing - $8k below MSRP. When I called to check, they politely explained it was a mistake and the true cost was MSRP. Shoppers should verify any “too good to be true “ prices before driving to the dealership. I am glad I called ahead.

Very nice people drove an hour and a half to see the truck. Nice truck but I wanted to few more options.

Dealer was pleasant but truck had a tire on it with a fairly deep gash on the side of it. That vehicle should not have been put on lot with that tire.It also looked like vehicle came from auction and was never touched or inspected by Highline. We didnt even bother with a test drive. They tried to make it right and make a deal but just didnt feel right.

A representative called almost immediately. The car on offer was incredible, It was a Dale Ernhardt edition with under 10 miles. The asking price was very reasonable but this was a collector's car, not a daily driver, I very reluctantly passed. The young man understood why I wasn't interested in purchasing the vehicle and we had a nice car guy talk before hanging up. For the right buyer, this would be a great piece of history.

Quickly responded, but I realized that everyone wasnt really guaranteed financing. I understand, call me a dreamer that needed more help than normal. Again, they were polite and seemingly professional in their texts. They probably have the ability to help many people. Give them a try.
