Good response time in getting information on the vehicle I’m interested in.

Staff as helpful in resolving unexpected issue with used car purchase. Derrick made things right and ensured I was satisfied.

I asked about the condition of the vehicle and price but was never told the truth. The price is due to Transmission problems. I done a half hour to view it and the other vehicles were sold. Total water of time.

Drove two hours to see this car only to find that it was in no condition to sell or even drive. Major electrical issues that were not advertised including a broken cruise control, faulty power steering etc.....

Deceptive, the vehicle was not there. I communicated with dealership a couple times before heading over there. When I arrived they said they no longer had the car there. Something about sent to auction. This seems to be a practice that some dealerships are doing to get customers into dealership.

Went to see a car. Told them it was an hour drive. I arrived and the car was not able there. Trust the other reviews saying the same thing and look for another dealer

Horrible place! Went to see a Nissan they never showed it to me when I arrived they told me they were cleaning it for later on them saying it must of sold. They made me feel like they didn’t wanted to work with me since they thought we didn’t had money one I told them how much I had to work with and how much I could do a month oh then they wanted to sale me a brand new one HORRiBLE place

Horrible customer service it’s like they didn’t want to sell me a vehicle because the dealer fee is to high for me to buy a car from them the truck looked horrible anyway dirty in he inside didn’t have the third row seat was called for a test but was not even offered a test drive wasn’t even showed out to see the car I ask can I and then I went out on the lot to find it on my own this place suck and they r in it for the money don’t shop here

I asked if the car had been smoked in and I was told that it was not, but then I got in the car and couldn't even take it for a test drive because the smoke smell was so strong. I was showed another Jeep Compass which had multiple problems. I was then told by the sales guy that I should expect the cars at this dealership to have problems unless I buy one for 50K.

Very professional and honest, they kept their word and I purchased my SUV from them. I called about the vehicle and told them what time I was going to be there because it was 1.5 hours away. Colin said he would have the SUV out waiting on me to arrive at that agreed upon time and just like he stated on the phone; It was ready when I arrived. The test drive went as planned and everything else checked out. The transaction of the purchase was seamless and went smoothly.

They really do what they advertising. I have really bad credit because of the death in the family's to where it ruined my credit score and willing to take a chance on helping me build my credit score up.

They had nice vehicles and made for a fast easy transaction I drove 200 miles home and 200 miles plus the following day with no issues on a 16 year old truck no leaks or oil consumption would definitely do business again.
