Response time was great all questions answered pertaining to the truck I was looking at

After being blown off for 10 days with ignored emails & multiple reschedules. I was asked to submit credit info online, as soon as it was sent, I was told the car I'd been trying to buy for 10 days was already sold and offered something else. Now a bait & switch when I'm sick to my stomach from the mistreatment, discrimination, & worry over where my info might be used. I was so excited for the vehicle pictured that I now doubt was ever actually available.

We got great customer service from Gengras. I ended up have to fo their E. Hartford store to see this car. Sales staff were great and took me for a ride. I did not end up buying there do to finding another car, but I would recommend this dealership. It was a great experience and there was no high pressure sales pitch.

I had a very pleasant experience at Gengras Volvo. The people were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Would not hesitate to do business here again.

It took about 5 minuts to respond to chat request, which wasn't a big deal. When I presented my questions to the responder it seemed instead of answering my questions about the car through chat, she was more interested in trying to get me to drive over an hour to get answers on a car I may or may not buy.

Had an appt with Michael call prior to my appt to let him know I’d be running late. His response was “we had an appointment apparently that means nothing to you” he went on to say he had another appt for someone to look at the same car later same day. And reassured dealership is a “no pressure” dealership. I had a bank check written out to the dealership but because of his attitude told him to keep the car. Because of him they lost my business.

Experience was great. Very easy to deal with. No pressure. Purchased the vehicle. Would highly recommend Jim Schmahl.

My exp on this particular dealer was above expectations. To start with: Clean truck how it was listed with fair price. The environment/crew was very friendly and they were willing to work with me into get a good deal compared to other dealer that I went to when I was shopping around for a truck. (Went to 5 other dealers ) My salesman was Tony Jensen and salesman MG Jason Gunn Finalizing paperwork with Thomas. Again Good crew that took of of me on this purchase

Gengras was very good to work with and kept in touch during my search. I ended up buying from someone closer to home but highly recommend Gengras based on other experience with them.

I appreciate the courteous and professional manner with which we were received at the dealer. Even though we did not to an agreement on the price, we hope to do business with them at another time.
