They didn’t want to talk much over the phone. It was difficult to get a call returned and it seemed as though I was talking to several different people.

Responded quickly but when I asked for a maintenance report they went silent. Crazy how 3 people responded and none followed through with the request

List price was $ 10,999 , but out the door price was $ 13,000. Dealership pulled a bait and switch with a couple of product add ons (scotch guard) refused to negotiate

The salesman did not pressure us in buying Test driving the vehicle was a good experience I would recommend Town and Country to family and friends.

After spending over two hours going over figures for a possible purchase I was informed that financing was not available for a car from 2007. My credit is excellent so not sure if I was being told all the facts. The manager I was talking to was also helping another customer with a delivery and I don't feel a lot went into my dealing. Would have given one star but the product specialist Johnson was very nice and helpful.

I spoke to them to verify they had the car and said I was on my way over. I get there 20 minutes later and it’s sold. No one knows when . Should’ve told me. They wasted my time. Bait and switch game.
