Bait and switch... when I was contacted about seeing the vehicle, they informed me that the price was listed incorrectly by more than 25%. The car is actually being sold for $12,500, even though the price on this website says $9,946. The KBB value is about $10k, so I would not be interested in that price.

Shady dealership. Listed the TL at $10,991. After receiving multiple calls on it, they raised the price to $13,991 in one day. When I called, they said the TL was traded to them from a guy in another state and the car was being brought to the dealership, even they haven’t seen or taken possession of it yet. Been trying to call everyday to find out where it’s at, and they keep saying it’s not there yet. It has been well over a week, delivery does not take that long. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED.

First time going to Carter Subaru and I can honestly say that they exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking to buy a car at their dealership make sure you ask for Carlos Valdez he went above and beyond from answering all my questions about the car to test driving it.

They were quick to contact and gave the info requested. I wasn’t able to get a visit to the dealership scheduled in time, due to my busy schedule to take a test drive before the truck was sold to someone else

High pressure, games. A walk-in was given my place instead even tho i had a scheduled appt. I was shocked to be greeted with "someone is out driving your car". Salesman didnt seem to know the car had a recall.

I did a Nationwide search for the car I wanted and one happened to be at Eastside Subaru. Sadly 2 hours before I went in to test drive the car it was sold! Steven, my appointed sales agent, took it in stride and showed me the same car with slightly more miles but more features than I was considering before. Frankly I fell in love with it and ended up purchasing the car later that week. Overall great experience and I would recommend Eastside Subaru to anyone!

We received excellent service, and it went pretty quickly. I felt they gave a good deal as well.

At first I discussed by email with a person claiming to be an internet manager. He was unhappy with my questions and told me to buy my car someplace else. Later a different person contacted me. I explained. This person advised he was the internet manager and sent the other guy home. Said he would take good care of my request. A couple of weeks later the other guy was back and contacted me. The car is still available.

An overall very pleasant buying experience.the salesman, Brian Saeteurn was very helpful and professional in the process and very courteous. I made a suggestion for the car inspection process done by the dealership for used cars in, that the timing belt to be changed if millage is close to what is specified by the manufacturer, which was in this case within few hundred Miles.
