Which Mercedes-Benz CLE trim should I buy?

• CLE 300 4Matic: The entry point for buyers who want the CLE’s style and premium feel at the lowest starting price, with the 300 4Matic coupe and convertible called out as the more affordable choices.
• CLE 450 4Matic: This step up adds more power while keeping the same coupe-or-convertible formula, making it a strong middle-ground choice for buyers who want extra performance without jumping to the AMG model.
• AMG CLE 53: This is the best-value trim for buyers who want the most complete version of the CLE experience, with the strongest performance, sharper handling, rear-axle steering, adaptive dampers, and the most distinctive AMG styling.

What Mercedes-Benz CLE do most buyers choose?

The Mercedes-Benz CLE years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2026.

Higher-volume years usually give you more choices in trims, colors, and price points, which makes it easier to find the right match. They also tend to be the years shoppers cross-shop most often, so you can compare more listings before deciding.

What is the Mercedes-Benz CLE's resale value?

Both model years show lower prices than a year ago, which is good news if you’re shopping used. The declines are modest, and the newer of the two has moved down less over the past year. That suggests recent CLEs are still holding a fair amount of value while becoming a bit more approachable for buyers.

The 2025 and 2024 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
