I did not buy the car, but, must say that it was still a pleasure dealing with Steve and his manager.

Gary was great. Responded to my every question and was very easy to work with. Called back to verify a feature of the car, and another salesman gave me false information. Wanted to verify with Gary first before I Took the 2 hour trip. Lucky I did; Gary verified the information. Car sold before I was Aleman to make trip. Hopefully, Gary sold it!

They made an initial contact but no follow up so I never received the information I asked for.

They were great they brought the vehicle go to a closer dealer for me to test drive and were willing to come down in price

Contacted me once, but never replied back. I never got to discuss price so how could I possibly know if I could buy the vehicle?

They gave me an appointment to come up and see the car. When I got there they told me the salesman I was dealing with had left two hours prior headed to Plattsburgh with the car and it had already been sold. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Haven’t finished make a deal to purchase the new Palisade yet so the process continues. That being said they are very helpful and professional. They listen to your concerns and so far it’s been a good experience.

I was greeted by everyone with smiles like they all knew me already. I never felt pushed, bothered or intimidated at any point. They gave me what I wanted with no hesitation.
