New 2016 Chevrolet Colorado For Sale Near Phoenix, AZ

They did not respond to my request through CarGurus, but I contacted them through their website. They were unable to answer my question but had someone else contact me. That response was quick. However, the car was not yet on their lot. I was told they would contact me when it was. It has been over a week, so I sent an e-mail to the representative and have not heard back. They were unable to answer my question but had swore one else contact me. Apparently the car was not yet on their lot. It has been over a week and I have not heard back.

2nd time I called about a honda that they said was sold, but still advertising. Went somewhere else

I was interested in a specific vehicle that this dealetship had on their lot. I sent in a request for more info & i totally got bombarted with a bunch of emails from them.i responded to 1 of them finally they told me the vehicle had been sold then they tried to sway me on a different vehicle that i didnt want nor was i interested.

First contact from the Sales Manager was great. Follow up was less than mediocre. Dealer policies do not allow a positive experience. They do not know how to handle a cash customer. I don't do the dealer dance, go here, go there, wait here, wait there. I want to be in and out in 15 minutes. Service, parts, also lacking. Had issues with items that should have been handled by the used car prep they tout in the sales pitch. I did buy the Tahoe, only because I said I would. I would not subject anyone to this outfit. There are two stand outs, Howard Thaler, and La Rue Abrams. Only deal with them.

So so experience. Salesperson seemed put out he had to work.

Not what I wanted.

I waited for this dealer to send photos of this vehicle, after I received them, I asked for a purchase agreement. When they sent the Agreement the purchase price had been increased by $1,000., and the second line item was an additional $1,600 addendum that I did not expect either. When I questioned these amounts, I was told that the 1,000 was added because i was not using their financing to purchase this vehicle, and the 1,600 which was also not previously disclosed, was a package that included add-on items that I was not interested in purchasing. I considered these tactics unethical. I ultimately purchased my vehicle from another dealer, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was interested in a new body style Impala. I did some Internet searching and came across the reasonably priced 2014 at Autonation Superstition Springs. Upon inquiry a representative responded almost immediately! He then supplied me with answers and documents regarding all questions I had. We then set a meeting so i could see the Chevy in person. Once I arrived to the location i walked inside with no clue what the individual i had been speaking with looked like, but he happen to have a easy name to remember (John Wayne) once I mentioned that to one of the other very friendly employees he did not simply point me in the right direction he put what he was doing on hold and walked me back to introduce me to John. Overall all I must say I was more then satisfied with my buying experience it was relatively quick and very stress free. I never once felt hassled or pushed. I'm not sure if it's standard procedure but they even washed my new vehicle and filled the tank with gas, nice touch. I happen to visit late in the evening and had my other vehicle with me and to avoid having it locked behind the gates at the facility John followed me to the parking lot of Walmart to park my vehicle until I could pick my secondary driver up. This was a very hospitable location and would not hesitate one second to refer friends and family to Autonation.

I bought this jeep sight unseen. The deal was good, however when I picked up the jeep it was not cleaned up as promised. I was asked to leave the jeep at dealership so they could detail it, Matt told me he would make sure it was detailed and would only call me if it was done to his satisfaction! Great sales talk Matt!!! however when they called me to pick it up only the exterior was washed and the interior was filthy! All the windows were smudged, the dash had spots of soda everywhere and the dust on the visors and mirrors looked like the jeep just took a bath in the Mojave Desert! I don't feel this dealership went above and beyond for customer satisfaction (it's all about sales folks). I would not buy again from this dealership.
