Worst experience ever! Drove 3 hours with every intention of buying a Jeep. Dealer said it was like "new". Tires we crap, rotors were shot, underneath was full of rust. Not to mention, he was not friendly, never shook my hand, and very arrogant and rude!

I ultimately bought this vehicle from Ralph at Starrs who was
really professional and courteous to me and my wife.He handed
me the keys for a test drive and offered to help put our car seat in
as our 2 yr old was with us. After the ride and a quick walk around
Ralph gave me the carfax and what his personal opinions of the
vehicle. Taking all that info in we decided to buy it and Ralph
quickly had the paperwork ready and we drove away in less than
an hour. I personally appreciated the the way the whole car buying
experience went at Starrs and will definitely buy another vehicle
from them in the future.
