Terry was very helpful. With my being handicapped, he pulled the vehicle out of its parking space so I could have full access to it. He also adjusted the seats so that I could see the storage space available with the third row down.Very knowledgeable about the vehicle as to manufacturers warranty remaining on the vehicle. He was not pushy, showed us other Vans/SUV that would possibly suit my needs. Overall, I was very impressed.

Sold the car to another customer 10 minutes before our scheduled appointment to purchase and bring our trade in. (even knowing we were driving 2 hours to the dealership). That is Bad Business Sparks Toyota, several other customers have left the same review, so it must be your business scheme. Buyer Beware and read the other reviews.

This dealer is not willing to work with the price. They want top dollar the car I thought about a car that possible bad hidden damage. The car only had a few miles on it and had the tire replace every 5to10 thousand mile the car had been in a wreck per carfax

I called and asked to come see a vehicle which they said was there but when I was 5miles away I was told that it was sold and gone but he tried to see if I would buy a different more expensive car they had. I had driven 2 hours to buy the car, very poor customer.

I live in Charleston and rented a car to drive to Myrtle Beach to purchase a truck from "Sparks" and they sold the truck the night before. This was after myself and the sales rep were in contact with each other several times. And I didn't even get a phone call to let me know the truck was sold. So I wasted the money on the rental and almost wasted a trip if I hadn't call first.

The dealer should not have listed this car as being in excellent condition. The dealer would not even agreed to have it checked by the BMW dealership that was near by, I would pay for it. The sale man that I spoke with over the phone had told me it would be no problem having the Z3 check by BMW, then his Manager said no. I did buy the car and I have had it checked by a BMW dealership. There are several things that needed to be done to the car. $$$$. I would not buy another car from this dealer. They were not up front about the car and I feel they are dishonest.
