Dealer handed me the keys and pointed in the direction of the car. The car had cigarette burns in the front and back seats and reaked of cigarette smoke, and was more expensive than comparable cars. Would never tell anyone to go there.

Even though we out-price nearly all of the competition on CarGurus by ensuring every one of our vehicles is listed as a Great or Good deal on the site, some of our vehicles will not always be immaculate one owner non smoker vehicles. This Camry was a previous smoker vehicle prior to us selling it last week, but still was a very nice car for someone else at a tremendous price with no doc fees!

Their email response was fairly quick, they honored the price the quoted me in the email, and when the car stalled out in their lot, Bob took the car to the mechanic and had it fixed before we took it home. A great experience all around!

Nice until I requested carfax. When I told them I wasn't interested in the vehicle since in was in an accident they got a little snotty and said they were sorry I couldn't overlook such a little thing.

Sorry you encountered a negative experience. We value Carfax and it is a vital tool for us to disclose a vehicles history and give a potential client all of the available history on a vehicle. Everything we sell is Carfax certified, which may or may not have a minor accident reported.
Regardless, you shouldn't have been made to feel awkward for not wanting a vehicle that had a reported damage on Carfax. Again, I am sorry you were disappointed.

I purchased a minivan tonight. Both Bob and Brian were pleasant to work with and worked with us on a great price. They were polite, efficient, followed up, but did not pressure me. They don't put a lot of work into their cars, so we found that there is a lot of overdue maintenance to be done by us, but for the price we paid, that's ok. The only cost over the agreed upon price was SC sales tax and the tag fee. This is refreshing after the added doc fees most places charge. I researched this purchase to death and I do not think that I could have found a better deal anywhere.
