They reached out to me as soon as I checked the availability of an inventory. They were helpful and also very understanding.. based on the travel distance, I never checked the vehicle at the dealership... Yet advised I would not be purchasing the vehicle.

Mike Marshal and his manager did all they could to make sure that I was able to make my purchase - no pressure - they bent over backwards to get me to the price I needed to be at to make my purchase work. A pleasure to deal with!!!

Spoke to Stephanie in the morning about this truck. I told her I had some questions and asked her if there was any damage asked about a car fax ,number of owners etc etc.etc. She assured me it was in great shape and no problems. I told her that it was an hour and 45 minute ride so I need my questions answered honestly. She informed me the truck was going to detail this morning. We'll after a full day at work and a hour and 45 minute ride the truck never went to detail.It was in the garage being worked on. The LED lights that were added by previous owner were being removed cause only half of them worked. The driver side rear molding was hanging on by 2 screws and scratched up pretty good. The navigation system did not work. The remote on the steering wheel did not work for the radio. I found these things in the first 10 to 15 minutes in the truck Totally disappointed with the whole experience I could make this longer but I wont.

After I called to see if the truck was still available they told me yes it was I did the finance application the next day I had to call them around 12:30 because they never called me and after talking with them I got approved they told me that the truck was still available I send them some more information by 4:30 they told me the truck was mines , so I told them I will be up there first thing in the morning . everything was good 20 minutes later I got a phone call and they said that the truck was sold yesterday. They are really unprofessional we're not suggest any friends to shop there.

I found a very fair deal. It was long distance. My personal bank approved the loan,was ready to write the check and I was buying the vehicle sight unseen. It went well untill I asked the Finance Mgr. to post simple info for my bank. At that point I received an Email that the vehicle was being sold to someone else. I guess I expected business to be the old fashioned way. I made a similar deal with another dealer in a different state, with the same request and they are closing the deal with me. I am busy and trusted to take care of things quickly.

i boought a saturn relay here. I drove an hour to get the van and it didnt even have inspection done, they failed to tell me that the back windshield wiper was broken, the heated seat on the drivers side was broken, and the cable to the battery was rusted.

Peruzzi told me the car was available, when I arrived that same day was told it had been sent to auction 2-3 days prior. Peruzzi said they would follow-up after the auction. I received a call with conflicting info. The salesman said he would call back, but never did. He was also vague about what work/parts the car would require
