Mafia at its best. They don't give you the itemized list until you see your finance guy. Then you realize the so many added hidden cost they never tell you about. You realize you paid $1000 more than what you agreed on. At the end I got what I wanted. Be prepared to spend at least 4-5 hours from arrival time until you drive your new car away.

The salesman. Adam was a great salesman. Smart friendly and very helpful. The finance manager lied to me. He tried to sell warranty and gap via finance. I told him I didn't want it. He said my finance requires it. I called my finance and they stated no. It's not required and they do not add on anything for extended warranty.

They lied. The car had been sold already but contacted me and said I could take a look. Drove 45 min to find they just wanted to show other cars. I don’t even know if the car really existed.

Had trouble with a certified preowned and they refused to unwind the deal and give me my down payment back. They then tried to force me into something I didn't want and really did not try to make things right.

the car was just as advertised. there was a problem with the radio so the dealership agreed to put in a new one free of charge and gave me a loner car while it was there. Overall, I am very happy with the car and the people I dealt with.

Very sorry to say, but Hub has fallen way behind the times. The people were cordial, but the building and where they store their cars leaves much to be desired. It wasn't a thrilling experience. Purchasing a car should be exciting, not depressing. The atmosphere and sales tactics just aren't the way I do business.

Called before driving to dealership and inquired as to condition of the SUV. Was told it was in excellent condition and clean inside and out. Exterior was fine but interior had a strong smoke smell and was in very poor condition. Waste of my time. Bought a vehicle elsewhere.

This dealership plays games. We called about a car on a Saturday. On Sunday we noticed that it was no longer in the inventory. Monday they called several times to see if we were still coming in. I said no bc the car was sold. A few sales people checked on the car and said it was sold. Then the sales manager texts and said the car was NOT sold. I don't know what this was about, but we do not have time for games.

This dealership would not give me a "drive out" price either by email or over the phone. They actually expected me to drive a 6 hour round trip to their dealership and back home without giving me a firm price before I left. I even told them I would bring a cashiers check with me it they would give me a firm drive out price. They would not. So I ended up buying my car from another dealership in another city and drove 8 hours round trip to do so, because I had a firm drive out cash price.

My family and I went to hub Hyundai to purchase a vehicle . We had seen a few vehicles on the internet and went to the dealership to get that price. The sales personnel was not willing to honor said internet price nor come close to it. (On any vehicle) I went there with the intention to buy but no one would take my money. With that being said I turned to another Hyundai dealer who was willing to work for me and get a fabulous price. I am now the owner of a 2014 Tucson . In the future I would not go to Hib Hyundai again.

Horrible service from the Sales Manager for used vehicles. I made a firm offer for a vehicle and the manager rudely yelled at his salesperson in front of me and stormed out of the office. I wouldn't buy from them if the vehicle was free!
