The wonderful folks at Hanna Imports really impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism. They had exactly the car that I was looking for, a gorgeous Atlantic Blue metallic/cream beige interior 2009 BMW 335i convertible with a manual gearbox. This stunning car was priced very competitively (probably the lowest in the nation), and it was presented to me in excellent condition when I visited their dealership. The salesperson who helped me with my car purchase was Charles. He is very accommodating and thorough. I am an out of state car buyer, and I was particularly appreciative of his patience and willingness to work with me on the phone and via e-mail before my trip from Chattanooga to Raleigh. I am very happy with the excellent support that I received from Charles (and from Janel for her help with my car finance). I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at Hanna Imports. I highly recommend Hanna Imports to those to are in the market for a new car.

It was off the lot unexpectedly and our Consultant was not aware that service had taken it over. Usually, when someone is coming far away we will pull the keys and check the vehicle over to ensure it is ready when you arrive. If there are any other cars we can look over for you, please let us know.

Well I came yesterday and the guy who sold me the car, bought me lunch, and had the car cleaned again and put a full tank of gas in it for my ride back. We were in constant contact. Unfortunately the main question here was pricing and we are very clear and upfront on our price. We would not meet the requested offer and therefore received a 1 star review? We pick people up from the airport every week, and also send pictures and video of the vehicle selection. We strive very hard to ensure that people who are far away have a clear understanding of the car. You also have the ability to have the car sent to a 3rd party mechanic of your choice to do a pre-purchase inspection PRIOR to coming 3 hours away.

The SUV was a dog house. The seats were all stained. Laid down the rear seats and all I could see was dog hair. They offered to clean it but it was to late for me. Not interested in going back.

Setting up the test drive was very easy and all the sales associates were extremely helpful but after talking with the finance manager and hearing him try to convince me to use their financing when I already had my own, I decided to buy elsewhere. Something just didn't seem right and my gut feeling said to walk away. I then researched other reviews and found that I wasn't wrong in my feelings to steer clear.

Contacted dealer online and particular responder to email wanted to be available when I came so I made appointment with her. When I got there, she did not even come out to meet me. Supposedly told someone else to show me the car. I was not impressed with the customer service.

This is the worst dealership in this country. I was very embarrassed when I arrived at this dealership as agreed and was told that the car was just sold to another person. They didn't care to email or to give me a courtesy call so that I shouldn't burn my gaz, and spend my time to drive there. They are very unreliable and anyone doing business with them should cross his/her fingers as unreliability and disappointment is the the modus operandi of their business.

The only reason I put fair instead of terrible is because Christine and Foster were very nice and helpful. But the dealership is awful! I drove the Honda Odyssey (which was filthy and had hardly any brakes)up to my rental so Foster could move my 3 year old's car seat into the van when we discovered the Odyssey had been wrecked and the passenger side sliding door would not even open more than 3 inches before closing itself. Who does this?!? I can't believe they are even in business! Obviously, I walked away from purchasing from them.

We are very sorry that the van you were looking at was not up to par. The doors are sensitive and can be off alignment for many reasons. The sensor in the door can keep it from opening and shutting. The internet staff was responsive and courteous. However, upon arrival at Hanna Imports and entering the building, I quickly became unimpressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. My ears were greeted with loud "pop" music that was not appropriate for this type of business environment. The staff members I interacted with did not leave me with a positive impression, compared to other dealerships. The salesman's knowledge of the auto-mobile I was interested in was limited, and his salesmanship skills were sub-par in the fact I was never asked any questions about how I would like to finance the vehicle, what was the time-frame I was looking at purchasing the vehicle etc. I could have easily been persuaded to purchase the vehicle that day (after-all, I drove 1.5 hrs to test drive the vehicle), however, the service staff seemed "less than engaged." Although the vehicle was reasonably priced, I would not likely recommend any of my friends to Hanna Imports.

We provide free carfax reports on every vehicle we have on the lot. Full disclosure. Anything that has even a small fender bender will be reported to carfax if the vehicle was repaired at a body shop. This is normal. We have over 550+ cars in stock.  The carfax will tell you the type of damage (minor to major) and if the airbag has been deployed. Most of everything we have has minor damage and its listed as such.

I drove all the way fron virginia to make a deal with a trade in. When I got there is was greeted with open arms until they saw I had a trade in explain to the salesman that this was already told to the receptionist. I have a 2010 SXT Charger with under 90000 miles and they only gave me $6,000 for it knowingly that was a low-ball price. So I'm packing up my stuff got back in my charger and drove all the way back to Virginia I wouldn't do business with this company that's just my experience

I did not have a great level of communication. The contact was not helpful or flexible with my request (yet another dealer had no issue with the same request). I would not recommend using this dealer if you are coming from out of town or driving any distance. This dealer is not setup for the customer's convenience and they are not flexible with requests outside of their normal procedures.

Hello Josh, We can understand your frustration, but I am sure you would want us to uncover issues prior to selling it, then selling it to you and leaving you with unresolved issues. Once we found out the car had an engine / exhaust issue we immediately took it off the line up to be sold. Sometimes it takes a while for each car to go through service. The sales guy was good but I felt we were an nuisance for him. I have extensive knowledge of BMW (owned roughly 20 of them) but when we were talking to the sales guy he was taking calls on his cell-phone and did not seem to really want to sell us a car.

Poor response from this dealer. And their car prices are unrealistic for vehicles that's been in accidents. I'm in the market for a 2010 BMW 550. Hannah is selling a model year with less features than a lot of 2010 BMW 550's with almost $3000 above value. And get this, the car has had 2 accidents. One in which the airbags did deploy. I asked them why this is so and they stopped communications with me. I'm sensing that they are not fear dealers.

Customer service was minimal. Friendliness was subpar. The vehicle we looked at we loved at first and we were ready to buy, but we are SO GLAD we went to Firestone to get a second opinion on the quality of the vehicle. Firestone put it up on a lift and gave it a very thorough lookover. They found an awful paint job on just the roof, a crack in the tire, and a leaky oil pan( bad news). Thank goodness we had it looked over. I'm sure they have decent cars and their friendliness was luke warm at best. Didn't seem super motivated to sell us a car. I would say if they have a car you want then take a look, they have good deals but the $20 second opinion I would highly recommend.

It was actually my husband. But he was very pleased with the service. He LOVES the car and got a great deal. Mind you - this vehicle replaced his BMW 325xi. That says a lot. I was personally not happy to hear he got talked into the buying a warranty. But he felt that it was worth the price for the peace of mind on a lifetime warranty. He also felt the financing was very competitive and they stayed well under his budget.

Your husband made the decision to purchase a 5 star wrap which covers everything from the power features to the A/C condenser. Keep in mind this coverage is for a LIFETIME, unlimited miles and years. Being this is a BMW and the parts are very expensive, it covers all aspects that could cost a lot in the future. Most warranties end at 10 years or 100K miles, but this goes on unlimited years and miles! Hope this helps in processing

Our inventory changes daily. Every week we receive 65 vehicles that all go through service, shop, detail and then finally last stop is pictures. If something has been posted and not available yet, we are waiting for a special part that may be on back order. I debated on how to write this review for some time now. Given my experience at Hanna Imports I felt a review was required, to be fair to all potential buys. But I wanted to make sure my review didn't fall among the shouting and ranting that this place has gotten. I wanted to be as diplomatic about it as possible. So here it is. Hanna Imports is dirty. The room smells of smoke, it's half hazardously laid out and the people there do not know how to be salesmen. They do not have a concept of how big a decision it is to purchase a car. I've car shopped at every place imaginable and while the butt kissing and cheap coffee and all the pampering included gets annoying, after just stepping in their I missed all of that. Hanna Imports is all about money and they cut corners in many ways. Now lets get to the car. I was looking at a 2007 mini cooper. I called ahead, made sure they had it and that I could come look at it. I showed up and the car looked like it had been left under a pine tree with the top down (it's a convertible). Pine needles, leaves and dirt littered the car. I took it for a drive after waiting 15minute for John to find a screwdriver to put the license plate on. The car made a rubbing noise when you turned to the right, which I pointed out and he knocked $150 off the price for that. He said it was a rubber boot rubbing and a little oil would fix it. I asked for another $100 to be knocked off so I can get the car details. He laughed at me. (A salesmen laughing at you?) He told me he'd have one of his men clean it for me, he said it would be done in, “10 minutes.” to which I said, “than it's not a detailing.” he told me not to worry about it and he'd have it detailed. I had the exact cost of the car on a check from the bank, I knew I didn't have enough to cover the processing fees and taxes, that's why I wanted to get a total of $250 off, which wasn't happening. When I tried to further negotiate he stone walled me, than I showed him I only had a $100 in my wallet. He told me, “You better hope your pops has the difference or you're looking at him to take you home.” (the difference was some $40) and at that pointed I wanted to walk. I'm 23 and my father just came to be with me, I was/am paying for the whole thing. This was insulting and unprofessional, and I should have walked but I didn't. I wanted to surprise my girl with her dream car. The car looked terrible when I got it. Jiffy does a better job cleaning the car than they did. So I had to drive it two and half hours with junk everywhere. When I got my car back I took it to a mechanic to get the strut repaired and they said it was the power steering pump and fan, and said it would be $1,600. So I called up Hanna Imports and left messages, e-mailed them and they never would call back and when I did get them I could never get in touch with someone who could help me, until finally one day I did – the owner! He told me the car was sold as is and that I was out of luck. He said he might do something for me but he didn't think he would and that further more he “didn't have to, if I did anything it would out of good customer service, nothing more” - but as far as I had seen they didn't know what customer service was and frankly I didn't want to deal with them. So I pushed for them to pay the repair cost – to which they refused. They said they were covered under the “sold as is NC law” to which I replied, “That covers you yes, but it doesn't cover you from fraud. And when you tell me that it's a rubber boot rubbing and it really a bad power steering pump and fan, that looks like fraud.” than he got mad that I was accusing him of fraud. He was squirming at this point so I pushed a little more and threatened to bring in an attorney, that's when he started to play ball. He told me to bring it into his shop and his mechanic would look at it and if it was the problem they would fix it. So I did – which is in Cary. His mechanic looked at the car and said it was a bad strut, and showed me the problem. They replaced the entire strut and mount (the total was $400) and made me pay for $150 of it. This seemed absolutely fair to me seeing as I was given $150 in order to fix that problem. The car drives much better now and while the steering is very stiff I'm told most all coopers have stiff steering. Maybe the fuel pump is going out, even if it is I know I couldn't get Hanna Imports to do anything because they are covered by the sold as is NC law and I have no case to make them do anything. So my experience? Very unpleasant. They are unprofessional, rude, penny pincher. But they did do right with the bad strut, so I've got mixed feelings. Here's my advice. Don't shop at Hanna Imports, not because they're rude, not because they're customer service is terrible, but because they don't deserve your business. Because when you drop that much money down on a car, when you're going to spend the next few years paying off that car, you deserve a great experience and a great car. And because you shouldn't have to threaten a dealer to do the right thing, and you shouldn't have to call them multiple times to get something fixed, and you shouldn't have to get your car detailed straight from the dealership, and you shouldn't have to stand around in a dirty office and than you yourself walk up to them to start a transaction. I wish I hadn't purchased from Hanna Imports, my car runs fine but the fact that I gave these people my business doesn't set right with me. The owner goes around to auctions and buys the cars. It's not hard to do, usually your town hold car auctions, so skip dealing with these people and get it yourself and save yourself money and having to deal with these people. I'm am good with cars and so that's why I wasn't worried about purchasing a car with a “rubber boot rubbing” because I can find a replace the real problem, but for most people I'd stay clear of Hanna Imports. Don't get roped in by their low prices, it's not worth it.
