These guys fell short of meeting my car-buying experience expectations. The negotiations were intense and although I had been quoted a price far less than shown on the internet, those saving quickly evaporated and were recovered by the low ball offer for my trade and what I feel were outrageous dealer fees and accessory add-ons. Unfortunately no deal was reached but I can’t fault them for doing everything they could to keep as much profit as possible...that’s what I would do too. They were polite and professional and very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails.

good initial contact, then I waited to hear back from them on two questions I had...all of the sudden the appear again, and when I ask about the same questions, vanished and found out car was sold after that.

They were absolutely great My Salesman Bill wasn't pushy, Mike the used car Manager was Great Also gave me the best price he possibly could. The other Salesman Tyrese I believe his name is who was helping out Bill had told my wife and I what a great deal we were getting on the Enclave and he was right... The Girl in the financial Dept. Went above and beyond I came in preapproved from Capitol one for a used car loan at 7.8% & she found us 6.5%:on a 6 year old Vehicle with 90,000 miles, I highly recommend the whole team
