Dealership responded within an hour or less and I ended up making a deal
with them and purchased the Honda Ridgeline I inquired about. The gave me
a great deal, even better than I had expected. They had it ready and waiting
for me to test drive when I arrived. It was nice and clean and the overall
buying experience was excellent.

After a four state search through six dealers, john at Floyd Traylor Honda was willing to not only work with me and make an honest deal, but jumped through hoops to get it ready with my added accessories request so I could pick up before bad weather set in. Great vehicle, great dealer and great company. Everyone there is very nice and welcoming!! I was on the lot twice. First time i did a test drive. When i told the salesman I had just started shopping, he said he didn't want to go to the trouble of having anyone look at my trade-in until I was ready to buy. He didn't even give me a price on the car I test drove. The second trip there, lucky me, got the same salesman. The car I wanted was already gone. There were 2 more on the lot and when I asked about them he said that the price was in the high teens and into the 20's. He didn't even TRY. I was VERY disappointed. I put in an interest on the internet and got a phone call from someone there after that. I got a phone call, during the conversation, it was cut off, and they never called me back. WOW! These guys really need to work on their customer relations. 3 interactions and I never once felt like they were interested in helping me find a car.
