I dealt with Ed Daniels, he was very pleasant, and extremely accommodating to my needs on a possible out of state transaction. Although I didn't end up buying, I was treated very well and would look to this dealer again in the future. I believe other dealers should take notes from this dealer. Thank you

Worst exp. I ever had. Communicated with Kieth for 4 days on the car. He said it was a great car no issues. After driving 3 hours to pay for the car and arrange shipping I arrived and test drive the car. When I walked the outside of the car I saw three signigant areas on the exterior of the car. When I pointed them out he didn’t want to fix them or reduce the car price so I could when I purchased it. After 30 mins and him talking with his Boss he agreed to reduce it by 1000 dollars. I made an error looking at the buyers order and he began raising his voice at me and rolling his eyes to another employee. Total lake of respect for customers. After thinking about the damage and how he didn’t point it out and said the car was great and the total lack of respect I passed on the car. Skip this dealer unless you want to be pressured , rushed and disrespected.

The gentleman I was dealing with never returned my call to say if the truck had been sold or not. He was extremely respectful, but I felt they could have been better with communicating whether or not the vehicle had been sold or available.

Mr. Ed was an extremely nice guy. But before I applied for the loan I asked if there were any noticeable dents or problems with the truck he told me no. So I left work early drove 1hr 30 minutes to the dealer and the hood had hail damage, oil leak, and the bottom of the truck had dirt clumps all over it. I found all those problems within 10 minutes of being there. I just wish I would have known before I applied for the loan and spent three hours of driving.

Dealer only sent one mail in regards to me contacting them. I actually had to call the dealer location and when I got someone on the phone, he said " oh we sold that truck 30 minutes ago". .

They did not have the vehicle ready to test drive the day that we went but they had another vehicle that we liked better and that we bought. They were very friendly and I would tell anyone to go there to buy a vehicle. They made the process very easy and we were very comfortable making the deal.
