Worker was dressed in sport shorts and t- shirt. Vehicle wouldn’t start. Rusty seat anchors. Right away I decided to not look at the car. The dealer representative was nice enough, but I had made the appointment the day before, giving him 24 hours to make the car presentable for sale.

Sold me a car said it would pass inspection it didn’t. Had an inspection sticker on it. Rims were junk poorly welded back together in multiple places cracks behind wheel weights. Tried to contact 5 times no reply.

Overall they seem like good people. Car was as represented. So far happy with purchase. Car was delivered needing a wash and with absolutely no fuel. That was very disappointing.

The vehicle had an almost disturbing odor. Running the defrost/air made it worse. I was a bit leery when the dealer handedme the keys and said "take a look, let me know if you want to test drive it"

From the get go Chris and Shane were incredible. I had to keep canceling appointments dude to work and they were always very accommodating. The car being a performance vehicle needed to be inspected by my 3rd party mechanic and Chris had no problem driving the vehicle from Weymouth to Malden for the inspection. Chris took in my trade as well with no questions asked. After I purchased the vehicle one of the struts failed and Chris had the strut repaired and replaced within a day. I have to say these guys were always there when I needed them and this was the best car buying experience that I've ever had. I would highly recommend these guys. -Alex

Just very disappointed that this dealership sold this car right from under me. I had already taken it to Merceds Benz and paid to get it checked out. We were negotiating what they would address from the print out. I didn't hear from them so I called and found out they had sold it to someone else. I wanted to put a deposit on it, but they said it was non-refundable. I feel if they weren't going to fix what I had requested that they could have at least, said someone else is looking at the car and they're interested in it without repairs, we'd like to give you first option, since you have already spent $130 already to have it diagnosed. I mean, that's customer service... I was incredibly bummed... spent hours at the dealer.

The guys here are very no-nonsense, and they weren't too keen on negotiating the price of the vehicle (although I will admit it was already a steal..). I liked them a lot, because of the zero pressure, and they seemed very honest. Would have been very happy to do business with them. The car wasn't exactly what I was looking for, so I didn't go through with the purchase, but I would be happy to in the future.
