You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the specific car’s condition matches the listing. Should I buy a 2025 Lexus RZ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a new battery, improved motors, more estimated range, and shorter charge times.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better path if you want to shop the current-year market and take advantage of the available deal mix. If you’re price-sensitive and comparing across years, the 2026 is worth a look for its updates, especially if those changes matter more to you than finding the right 2025 example.
