Avg. Dealer Rating: (48 reviews) "The experience was horrible from the beginning. When we arrived we were told to go to the back lot ourselves and take a picture of the car we were there to look at, and show it to the man, and he would then bring it around. Then we were told that "we never negotiate the price of our cars" when I was specifically referred there by a co-worker, who told me that this dealership was always willing to work with the customer. I felt discriminated against and on top of all of that, the office was filled with very bad body odor, which was offputting, and very bad as soon as you walked into the door."

2001 Volkswagen Cabrio 2 Dr GLS Convertible Used Cars in Seattle, WA 98125

Price: Negotiable

Mileage: ?

Location: Seattle, WA 98125

Certified Pre-Owned: No Transmission: Automatic Color: Desert Wind Metallic/black Cloth Roof Description: Used 2001 Volkswagen Cabrio 2 Dr GLS Convertible for sale
Avg. Dealer Rating: (56 reviews) "Mike was a great salesman, but the sales manager and floor manager were both very rude. They made me fill out a credit application both times I visited before they were even willing to discuss the price. I made an offer on the car and they became very dramatic. Started ranting about how they were "losing money on this car" and they needed to "stop the bleeding". The sales manager specifically said to me, "I can give you a couple hundred off, so you feel like you won," which felt very insulting. Buying a new car should feel like winning. I ended up getting the car I wanted from a different dealership for the price I wanted. The car had been on their lot for 80+ days, and they weren't willing to budge on price. After two finance applications, they never told me what I was actually approved for. Clearly they were using the 4 square model of negotiation."
