Suzuki Reno Overview
Introduced for the 2005 model year, the 5 door Reno hatchback looks a lot like a Forenza wagon, only nicer looking. This model combines two qualities that young people can appreciate: style and value. Suzuki markets the Reno's roomy interior and long list of features.
Keep in mind that when it comes to power, you get what you pay for with this model. As of 2007, the Reno sports a 2.0 L, 127 4 cylinder engine that makes a good amount of noise. Interior features and materials don't match the industry leaders either. However, if you're into tuning, the Reno can provide a good inexpensive base upon which you can build.

(5 reviews)I bought my Reno in Nov of 07 and have loved it ever since. The car is great out on the road, very zippy. The only thing I've had to take it to the dealership for are oil changes. The Reno is a blast to drive especially with the manual transmission. Would love to recommend this car to anyone looking for something different.
The color is bright! I never have to worry about forgetting where I parked my car, it's just there. It does great on gas mileage, as long as you keep up with the maintenance. It is pretty good in the snow, not that we have had too much to worry about this year.
not a 4 door, 2 dr, this little car is great for my commute, it gets a solid 27 mpg, air on, automatic trans, radio blastin'. it's geared great for cruisin' the freeways, the 2.0 isnt over powered, but it'll roll up the big canyon's holding 85 mph in overdrive without dropping out. i surprises you with it's handling due to the steering buffer option and it rolls 80 mph at 2800 rpm.
One of the most overlooked cars in history. It was extremely cheap, performs much better than you'd think, and comes fully loaded... even as a base model! If you get the 5-speed, you can do donuts and burnouts. I've even gotten it to powerslide a time or two.
Great all around car. Good speed, though it lacks in accelleration. Not the greatest gas milage, but decent enough, especially if you toss a K&N filter into it. The little thing can turn on a dime, speed sensitive steering is great, and the suspension allows it to corner beautifully. Mine's bright effin red with tinted windows, which looks sharp and turns some heads. It's a rather unknown car, and is no longer available in the states, so I've gotten a few questions regarding it. It's also very reliable, and can hold a bunch of drunk airmen and soldiers (more than I can say is legal). The factory 8 speaker stereo still rocks and blasts my metal with an awesome amount of bass, and no blown speakers yet!
