It was a salvage/rebuilt title, and Brandon (salesman) was descriptive when telling us what would need to be done. Unfortunately, there was a complication with the salvage inspection that caused it to have to be re-inspected (not having to do with Brandon), and though it wasn't his fault, he told us he'd have the dealership pay for the inspection, give $250 back on the total cost of the car, and fill up the vehicle we used to drive to the dealership with gas simply because it was a small hassle. They are very nice and reasonable people and I'm glad to have purchased my 2013 Chevy Cruze LT from them."

Avg. Dealer Rating: (7 reviews) "The lady who handled the sale of the Jetta in this photo was very polite and did not go in for the typical high-pitched sales that is so common in the profession. I think the car is generally a good deal. However, the first time I rolled down the rear windows, the driver's side window would not go all the way back up and apparently needs a new regulator. It would have been nice to know this before I took the car. I still would have purchased the car but I would have known not to bring the window down until I had replaced the regulator (yes, I suppose the regulator could have used that moment to go bad, but that's doubtful. It's also possible the folks at CPM Motors didn't know it was bad, but they should have). What some might also call a coincidence, which is equally unlikely, is that the 'Check Engine' light gradually came on as I drove away from the car lot. This isn't a big surprise and, maybe, it chose just that moment to come on. I remain skeptical of that and feel it more likely that it was off in response to an action that was temporary and did not solve whatever is causing the light to come on. Still, all in all, I'm fairly happy with the car and I believe that the folks at CPM Motors were, at least, as forthcoming as I could expect from any car dealership (hence the four stars above)."
