Avg. Dealer Rating: (15 reviews) "I contacted the dealer after hours and I received a response right away. We exchanged a few messages. Great communication. Sales person was very nice. I asked for their best price and the sales person told me they were losing $300+ on the advertised price and I didn't find that to be credible. Sales person said the car had just come in two weeks earlier but the carfax report showed the car had been listed for sale by this dealer 6 weeks earlier. that evening, the sales person said a buyer had an approved credit application but had not paid the deposit so it was technically still available. The next day, just 20 minutes before I arrived at the dealership, the sales person said the deposit had just come in from the other buyer and that he would need to charge $1000 on my credit card immediately to beat the other buyer. Said the deposit was fully refundable IF I didn't like it AND it was not as described. I had a problem with that because even if it was described accurately, I still may not like the car. I think the refund statement was purposely confusing. The vehicle's exterior was washed but the interior was dirty. It had not even been vacuumed, much less detailed. Interior smelled unpleasant. After a short test drive, I said I had two more vehicles I wanted to see before making a decision. Sales person messaged me a couple of times throughout the afternoon to ask if I was coming back. Maybe it was just a courtesy follow-up but it makes me think they never had that deposit from the second buyer. I ended up buying a vehicle from another dealer that afternoon. Nearly a week later, the car now shows as "pending sale." In summary, I felt that the sales person was not honest with the little things. It wasn't an unfriendly experience, but be very cautious about putting down a deposit without a written deposit return policy and do not fall for the pushy salesman tactics that someone is beating you to the vehicle. I expected much more from a Lamborghini dealer."
