Like because that is my 1st car... Dislike because my fav. car is Mitsubishi Lancer Evo 9 Performance quite good. A go for maintenance. Cost? don't know how to say... Look simple to me and love it so much even though it's a old model (1986). Same age with me..hehehehe

Rubbish with stock engine. 1st mod : full engine rebuilt on the puny 4G15P (1.5 liter) to whip out 115 brake horses ATW. lasted only 3 years before i crave for more power... 2nd mod : engine transplant to 4G63 (2 liter) turbocharged sourced from Galant VR-4. then my problems starts from there...ended up so frustrated especially when it blew up on the way to the car's first track day in Sepang! 3rd mod : totally rebuilt the engine running on hybrid 4D68 (2 liter diesel) and larger pistons putting the car running on 2.3 liters. was pumping out in excess of 350-ish horses out of the crank as i cant get an accurate reading on the dyno. either it jumps off or the driveshaft snapped off...SigH... been driving sedately as a daily runner for 3 years until i retired from this money sapping hobby and runs currently on... 4th mod : 4G91 (1.5 liter twin cam N/A) with carbs! who would like to play with carbs? probably i'm still old skool type of person until i snapped my timing belt at 35,000kms...ah...the wonders of malaysian spare parts! 5th and current : 4G92P with 4g91 head (1.6 liter on twin cam head)..still running on carbs, guess old habits die hard eh... SiGh...
