Which Porsche Macan trim should I buy?

What Porsche Macan do most buyers choose?

The Porsche Macan years with the most listings are 2025, 2026, and 2024.

Higher-volume years usually draw more shoppers because they offer a wider selection of examples and more recent features. That combination often makes them the easiest years to compare side by side when you're shopping used.

What is the Porsche Macan's resale value?

Most Macan model years are down year over year, which can create better opportunities for used buyers. The steepest drops are in the older and mid-cycle years, while the newest model years are falling by smaller amounts. That pattern suggests you may find stronger value in recent used examples without paying the newest-model premium.

The 2025, 2022, and 2021 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.

Is the Porsche Macan safe?

• 2022: 4/10

Every 2022 Porsche Macan has adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, and the federally mandated reversing camera.

• Safety: Every 2022 Porsche Macan has adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, and the federally mandated reversing camera.
• Starting price: Our evaluation vehicle was a Macan S with extra equipment that brought the as-tested Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) of $87,670 including the $1,450 destination charge.
