Used Plymouth Road Runner for Sale near Fort Collins, CO

This car has a non matching motor & transmission… No documentation on engine work regarding when it was done & if anything was done to the transmission… No pictures of chassis makes me suspect rust on a unibody car… Does not have the correct machine gun exhaust tips so lots of modifications for the price…no information on any of the stated work.. Bench seat is a personal choice but not for me… Didn’t go see this car but paint looked decent…

I liked everything about this car. The only thing negative I could say is he drank lots of gas. Acceleration was a little slow from the start but after everything kicked in it was like HOLD ON! Threw you back in your seat and hold on because this baby went like a bat out of hell! Very fun car to drive. I think any MOPAR are a joy to ride. I felt like my car was taking care of me and I was taking care of him. When I kept him clean and tuned and put higher octane gas in him he looked good, ran good, which made me look good. When he takes you up to 150 mph and brings you home safe, that's what he did for me! And I always thanked him for bringing me home safe. He was my best friend, partner, buddy, my pride and joy!

1969 Plymouth Road Runner / B5 Blue / 383 - 4 speed / 8.75 Rear - 4.11 Ratio What can I say? The car definitely speaks for itself. It's a hell of a muscle car. Nothing sounds like a Mopar Big Block. Mine's got a 383 4bbl.

huge 7.2 litre v8, triple holley carburettas ( 6 pack) lots of torque and horsepower. amazing acceleration, does not handle very good round corners fantastic for drag racing. brakes are rubbish, soon to be uprated. the huge engine causes alot of vibration and rattles, interior pretty basic but does the job, exterior looks like a proper muscle car, sleak n sporty. cost of ownership is very expensive, average 10mpg and parts expensive and hard to find. amazing experience to drive, driving a muscle car is an opportunity that must be taken by everyone.

I like the looks, the power, and the crowds it draws. Everyone who stops to check it out has the look of I want that car. Possibly the most feared car of its day, and today it commands the respect of an old leader who pioneered the desire to be king of the road. There are faster cars on the road today, but there are no cars that match the dream of a true hemi road runner.
