I love saving money on gas. There's no question about excellent mileage with this car. It's also quite hardy, surviving harsh winters quite well. It also has an amazing amount of storage space in the hatch. On the down-side, I feel very vulnerable in a potential accident because everything is so thin. I question how well it would hold up in a crash. The engine is not very powerful and I lose speed going up-hill. Passing on the highway is only possible on flat ground, or , preferably going down a hill.

It wasn't that great a car. I liked the design. Its performance lacked in several areas. The build quality was pretty good but it did have some rust. We had to do many things to it including the carberator. It was fairly comfortable. I liked it. But it could have been better.

This was a car to get me around while I saved up to get another car. Got it for cheap from a shady dealership, and it would have lasted me a good while if it hadn't met the back-end of a Dodge pickup. It was fun to drive like a go-kart is fun to drive....on the highway. Summers were fun but you'd freeze in the winter.

Someone gave me this car. When I first got it home it only ran cold. Once the temperature gauge registered, it would shut off. We hot-wired the computer system that was doing this and then it ran fine. This car can take extensive damage in 4 cylinder demo derbies but any front end damage may cause the shifter to lock up (it did for me) as the cable runs in front of the sideways mounted engine. With a 1.2 liter 4 cylinder engine, the acceleration sucks. I can't speak for handling, as I had four different sized tires on the thing. Brakes were good for no ABS. This car is ugly IMO, and looked better once I set it up for demo derby. I had a blast driving this thing around (on back roads and such). There is plenty of interior space. I was able to drive this thing through a set of double doors with the mirrors off (it's small).

Performance was not the greatest. Thats because i got it at 240,000 miles on it and no air cleaner. The oil looked like it had never been changed. But had lots of fun fixing it. Most fun car ever that i have driven. Car was pretty beat up. No driver side window and the mirror was from a bicycle i taped on the door. I even had rats living in it for awhile. It got great gas millage, but even with me changing the oil every week it came out like sludge. All my friends would always want to go places in my car even though they had newer cars.
