"This is the WORST PLACE IN THE NATION TO BUY
A CAR. These guys wanted me to do all of the work,
and they were too lazy to even get a car out for me.
They have too many cars on the lot, because they do
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO MAKE
THE CARS SELL-ABLE. Every car I looked at had
several things wrong with them, and most of them
could be fixed with the slightest amount of care and
attention.
They want to charge you premium prices, for subpar
cars. And they do NOTHING to make them attractive
to buy.
They like to deal with desperate people who NEED to
get a car
quick. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER
BEEN TO BUY A CAR. It was a complete waste of
my time and energy.
I would n't buy a breath of air from them if I was
suffocating!!! Is there a rating lower than one star?
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I called the dealer around 5:30, they close at 6:00. The first time I was on
hold over ten minutes so I hung up and called right back. A different
person answered and told me to hold again for a salesperson. I was on
hold over ten minutes again and no one came back on the phone one
time to tell me that someone would be right with me, or to take my
information and have someone call me back. Needless to say, the
customer service at this dealer is horrible! On a positive note, we were
able to find and purchase a vehicle the same day with cash. So overall,
they missed out!! That's what terrible customer service does for you...it
makes you miss out on sales!!! Good luck with running your business like
that!!! "
