Which Mercedes-Benz CLE trim should I buy?

The 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLE offers these trims:

• CLE 300 4Matic: The entry point for buyers who want the CLE’s style and premium feel with the most accessible starting price in the lineup.
• CLE 450 4Matic: A stronger step up for shoppers who want more performance and equipment while staying below AMG pricing.
• CLE 53: The best-value trim for buyers who want the CLE’s most complete blend of power, handling, and standout character; it adds the AMG-tuned 3.0-liter inline-six, rear-axle steering, adaptive dampers, and the most athletic setup in the range.

What Mercedes-Benz CLE do most buyers choose?

The Mercedes-Benz CLE years with the most listings are 2025, 2024, and 2026.

Higher-listing years usually draw more shoppers because they give you more inventory to compare, which can make it easier to find the right color, trim, and price. They also tend to be the most visible choices in the market, so you can shop with more confidence and more leverage.

What is the Mercedes-Benz CLE's resale value?

Both model years show modest price declines, which is helpful if you’re shopping used and want to buy after some of the early depreciation has already happened. The smaller year-over-year changes also suggest these CLEs are holding value reasonably well for buyers who want a premium coupe or convertible. The 2024 and 2025 model years have held their value best, with the smallest year-over-year price changes.
