“What a pleasant surprise it has been after 6 trouble free months of ownership”

Was not my first choice to replace my '07 Caliber. I loved the powertrain on the Caliber and wanted something similar, so I went ahead and opted for this Jeep because of all of the equipment it had. Fun and comfortable to drive, love my sound & sun packages, and it holds a lot. Mileage is okay...wish it were a little better, but sure beats other...

He kept looking me up and down, looking at my chest rather than my eyes, and he wouldn't show me a car unless I gave them all my basic information so that they could"get me approved first"and then show me what I can get for what I was approved for. There was another couple in the office and they were experiencing the same time of service. A male customer came in asking for the guy that I was originally scheduled to see and they all lied to that customer to cover up the lack of customer service that they had provided him with. All in all DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME,EFFORTS,OR MONEY WITH THE PEOPLE HERE!!!"
