The GMC Suburban has long been favored by drivers for its reliability, spacious interior, and strong towing capabilities. Owners appreciate the vehicle's performance, especially in various driving conditions, and its ability to comfortably accommodate passengers and cargo alike. However, many have pointed out concerns regarding its fuel economy, as it's known to consume more gas than some would prefer. Overall, this model stands out for its durability, comfort, and safe handling but has room for improvement in efficiency.

This is my second old suburban and I love them. I like large SUV's. I love the wide room and the comfortable ride. I'm not a large person by all means but I love having all the room I can get. I use it to haul scrap and signs and it does just about anything! I can haul 2000 lbs. of boxes inside. Gas isn't great but we all know that! Very nice car to take on a long trip because of all the room. I live in Texas and it takes a long time to get cooled down in the 100+ degree summer. For being 25 years old this trucks never misses a beat. Transmission was horrible, slamming into gear until a friend did "something" with a hose and fixed it. It's a very smooth ride and feels like you float on the road by being protected in a tank. My friends call it the "Land Barge"

With a strong frame and large size it is excellent at moving large and/or heavy loads. We tow our boat, a 22' Boston Whaler Revenge (which weighs about 4700lbs with a full tank of gas). It is very roomy on the inside with an ability to hold a decent amount of people. Overall it is the bulldog of SUVs.

i loved this car because, as a 6' 5" 280lbs lineman this car fit my personality and life. i could fit bikes, rafts, speakers, the rest of the line, etc... in it no sweat. several times i folded up the seats and slept in the back, not touching any wall. for its size, it was one of the fastest, best handling cars around. mostly stock could outrun bronco's, blazers, excursions, pickups, most anything or at least be competitive. quality wise this car was exceptional. it was unbreakable. including deer, cars, people, children roughhousing, horseplay and cramming of sharp-large-bare metal objects, it was never fazed. this car literally saved my life whenit finally met its demise.
