I never heard back or got pictures. My son had also contacted them and they told him the instrument panel needed to be replaced. He asked if they would take $2,400 they said yes if the sale was done that day. He told them I was waiting on the pictures of the interior they were supposed to send. We never heard back. We decided to go ahead and go look at it. we parked and found the vehicle and went and looked at it. The interior was disgusting. It looked like they made no attempt to clean the seats or anything.There was no way i was going to get in it and look at anything or test drive it. We talked about looking at a couple other vehicles on the lot but decided not to. If they couldn't put the effort into cleaning this vehicle why would the others be any better. It looked like the dealer was making notes about one of the nearby vehicles. Couldn't tell by her appearance other than she was looking at the vehicle and writing things down. Regardless, no one made any attempt to talk to talk to or help us while we were there. If you own or run a business, big or small and want it to be successful you would try to create a friendly and professional atmosphere that people would want to come to. You're appearance and the appearance of your product say a lot about the business. Customers should be able to look and know if you are a dealer. You don't have to have an expensive suit to look professional. You should greet customers and let them know you are there to help if they need you. If you don't have any pride in your business you shouldn't expect anyone else to like it."
