When I arrived to look at the vehicle I had driven 1 hour and 35 minutes to test drive, I have to say I was disappointed to see that there was significant damage to the front and rear of the Jeep. There were “no accidents” reported, and it had a clean car fax, and was a one owner. I felt like the damage should have been acknowledged somehow, because it certainly was not visible in the pictures on Cargurus. Everyone was nice and seemed professional, aside from the lack of explaining the damage on the vehicle up front when I contacted them. "

After getting the keys to the vehicle, I got in, checked it out, opened the driver door, driver-side passenger door, then the back hatch. There were no covers on the cubby holes and the back panel had no speakers. The guy said he had three hummer, and he would take the parts off one of the others. I asked him if he was going to hook them up. He said no, we aren't going to wire them. So... I went ahead and test drove it. First thing I did was turn the ac on. Hot air. The 4th switch on the ac didn't even work. I rolled the windows down and checked the mirrors before I pulled out. The morrors didn't work. Brakes were squealing, suspension was creaking, the wheel pulled to the left while I drove down the road. I turned the radio on but there were no rear speaking. At least there were tweeters and the doors had speakers, but the door speakers didn't work. I returned to the lot and the guy wanted to know what I thought, so I told him. He began cussing and talking about how I could replace the speakers for $10 or $20. I said that just factory speakers would cost well over $100 alone - to which he replied, no one buys ****expletive factory speakers. After sharing the other info, He became worse to deal with, so I told him I would keep shopping. He said good luck with a sarcastic tone. I won't ever think about doing business with this shady act again. You can't trust that they're not trading out parts on all their vehicles. No telling what you will end up with if you buy. Courtesy warning. Do your research on kbb, nada and other websites. See what the car your looking at is going for before you buy. And don't buy from shady dealers. "
