After they did not reply to my initial email inquiry, I called to confirm the car was still on the lot. It was verified on the phone and an appointment was set. Once I arrived I was informed that the vehicle was on their secondary lot 2 miles away. Once I drove to this location I was questioned about my personal data, no problem normally however was asked for the same information numerous times during the data entry process which took about half an hour before we even discussed seeing the car I came to see, at which time I was told that it was just sold. Keep in mind the phone calls I made just prior to my arrival and what I was told on the primary lot. This car lot is seemingly placing these ridiculous deals online to get people in the door and try to sell them something else. I came in last week and this same vehicle IS STILL advertised for sale on the same lot. I URGE anyone who is in the market for a used vehicle STAY FAR AWAY from this car lot. Used car lots aren't pleasant places to visit I am aware, but this one is the absolute WORST I have ever experienced. If 1&2 is reading this review, I encourage you to try harder to address your horrible customer service and remove this vehicle from your current listings. "
