It is incomparable. The most stylishly beautiful car Ive ever seen. Plenty of power, great mileage. Great mileage extension. The interior has everything at your finger tips or voice command.

Ive owned a lot of cars. Overall the 2016 ELR is the best car Ive ever owned (4 years now). Handles like a sports car, luxury interior regen paddles are awesome. While so many new EVs have these fast specs, Ive never felt like I needed more power. The torque feels great without the sport mode parallel power mode, of which I never use. The only bad thing on this car is the rearview camera at night, it sucks.

While the ELR driveline is common to the Chevy Bolt its proven and reliable and the driveline is where the similarity ends. The exterior and interior are pure unadulterated Cadillac. Luxury, exotic styling and EV economy all rolled into one package. When new the car sold for $70K + and now is easily afforded by most anyone.

I just bought my 2016 ELR after searching the country for six months. It was shipped from 1100 miles away and delivered three days ago. I havent even driven 50 miles yet, but I can say that it meets or exceeds my expectations. I have owned two Chevy Volts and am a big fan of the Voltec drivetrain. When the time came to replace my latest Volt, I considered buying a Tesla Model 3, but soon realized that there are hundreds of them around here, and that I really wanted something different. The ELR was a big step up in luxury and performance, with the added attraction that it is extremely rare and absolutely stunning. It is too early give a very detailed review, but since my Volts were great cars, I can only expect that the ELR will be even better.
