I was contacted almost immediately and inquired about the vehicle. I asked for interior pictures as there weren't any on the ad. I got the pictures 10 minutes later.. After that,, a different salesperson emailed back letting me know the person who contacted me was with someone at the time but would get back to me asap. He did get back to me right away. In that short time the car was sold, but the salesperson was extremely timely and helpful!

Better price than anyone else , easy transaction , NO BS was my favorite part

I felt they tried to take advantage of me with the trade in price of my vehicle by offering a site unseen price for my car, thousands of dollars below the KBB price for a trade in. When I called this to their attention, the representative Barbara gave a lame excuse and since that phone call has not contacted me again. Very poor service especially since I WAS a Bill Luke customer, having purchased cars there before. Must not care about repeat business.

The salesperson whom assisted at the showroom was disinterested in the sales process; did not even mention the above vehicle was available. The on-line response was delayed and in-attentive. We took our business elsewhere.

They offered $10,000 under blue book and market value on my trade which was a 2020 Power Wagon with 9,000 miles. Salesman was good, management was not. If you like getting offered auction value on your trade then this is the place for you.

The original contact was reluctant answering questions on the particular vehicle of interest. For this reason, one to two days there lapsed periods without contact until someone within the dealership would view messages with responses.

Not a good experience.....was told once car was funded they would transport to Texas. Well it's been funded for a week and also given a $4k down-payment and still no car or updates on transportation.......out of state buyers beware
