the list price is $4999. But the salesman Irving wanted me to pay 6500 cash out the door. Be warned these are not honest people!

Trash.... they will tell you the prices they have online are cash price specials then raise the price by like 3k-4k. Also they try to force there in-house financing on you by not showing you the other offers and just saying they are bad deals.

My wife signed all the paperwork to purchase this car and the company has still not delivered the vehicle. It’s been 3 weeks!

Vroom is really good at picking up the phone for sales. However, once you sign your documents you'll never get to talk to a human again. You'll get put on hold with an annoying piano music in the background forever. I can't get a response to email or phone calls. I have the car and it came within the time promised. However, they haven't followed up with me regarding license plates or registration. I also don't know where to make my first payment and I can't get any answers.

Very nice people, but very inconsiderate of your time. At the end of the day...they had the car I wanted and did help get me squared away eventually.
