New & Used 2026 Tesla Model X for Sale nearSan Bernardino, CA

Is the 2026 Tesla Model X a good car?

The 2026 Tesla Model X is a compelling used luxury EV if you want a large electric SUV with standout design, available three-row seating, and a long list of advanced features. It combines impressive battery range, fast acceleration, and premium tech in a package that can carry a family while still feeling unusually distinctive.

The Model X also benefits from a long list of updates that kept it competitive, including a redesigned interior, updated powertrain and electrical architecture, a faster infotainment system, revised Autopilot hardware, and later improvements such as a circular steering wheel, a front bumper camera, dynamic ambient lighting, and more third-row space. Its main tradeoffs are familiar: build-quality issues have been noted, the third row is cramped, the Falcon Wing doors can be tricky in tight spaces, and it lacks Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

With 27.4% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have a moderate amount of value-oriented inventory to consider.

Is the 2026 Tesla Model X reliable?

The 2026 Tesla Model X is described as a vehicle with strong appeal, but it also comes with known compromises that matter for long-term ownership. The overview points to Tesla build-quality issues, awkward Falcon Wing doors in tight spaces, and a cramped third row, all of which can affect day-to-day satisfaction over time.

For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is more about fit, finish, and usability than about the vehicle’s core mission as a high-tech electric family SUV.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Tesla Model X?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the vehicle’s condition matches its mileage and asking price. Pay close attention to bodywork, door operation, interior wear, and any signs that the car has been used heavily in tight urban spaces, since the Falcon Wing doors can be a practical pain point. A careful inspection should focus on overall condition and how well the vehicle’s advanced features work, not just on cosmetic presentation.
